Corporate culture
Our company is a clearly organised entity – in keeping with our work style and the way we deal with people. A flat hierarchy and short routes facilitate the work in teams that marks our corporate culture: many tasks can only be solved across departmental boundaries – and we think and act accordingly while maintaining friendly and cooperative staff relations.
Many activities cannot be tackled with set procedures and offer scope for action that must be actively employed. This presumes a high degree of independent thinking and personal initiative – and a willingness to assume professional responsibility at an early stage.
