So you have opted for our company and have signed an employment contract with us? Well, to help you integrate as quickly as possible into your work environment and our corporate culture, we will give you professional and personal support from the first day on. What matters is that you identify with your new task and feel good in your team.
This is why we will be drawing up a personalised orientation plan for you. Along with your superior, you define the measures that will enable you to perform your tasks optimally. These will encompass everything from practice-geared content to the training of soft skills.
Setting the course together
Our activities are not static, but change to keep pace with developments in the economic environment in which we operate. You, too, will not want to fall behind in your personal development and will soon be setting new or different priorities in the performance of your functions. We will be at your side to help you cope with this process. At regular performance reviews, you and your superior will take a personal inventory covering your personal efforts and cooperation hitherto in your team. The dialogue then defines what new goals can be set and what concrete contribution you can make toward achieving them.

To help you maintain a balance between professional and personal goals and values, we offer – if and when required or requested – potential analyses. These permit a personal "situation assessment" and provide pointers to where your skills, inclinations and interests lie. Taking account of our corporate goals and working together with your superior and you, we will then work out and continuously adjust your personal career path within the scope of our own career model. We view personnel advancement as a process, and we act accordingly.
